Miss Nurture had the incredible privilege of presenting at Scoggins Middle School in Frisco ISD. The organization firmly believes that positive change starts at a young age, and teaching students the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and making mindful nutritional choices can help them develop habits that last a lifetime. During the presentation, Miss Nurture engaged the students with a fun and interactive Kahoot game, where they had the opportunity to win exciting prizes while learning valuable lessons about nutrition and wellness.

Miss Nurture’s presentation focused on the importance of vitamins and their role in maintaining a healthy body. Covering the basics of vitamins, discussing their benefits and how they support overall health. In addition, Miss Nurture highlighted common vitamin deficiencies, explaining how they can affect the body and the symptoms to look out for.
